Hello Everyone
Today fishing was slow. We spent the day offshore looking around for any warm water fish that wanted to play. Unfortunately we only were able to land a few small Yellowfin Tuna.
On the bright side we have superstar pizza chef Joe Gigliotti aboard and today. He decided to grace us with his pizza talent. He whipped up more pizzas than you could shake a stick at with so many topping combinations that it would make the Poppa Johns R and D department have to work overtime, weekends, and holidays to even have a chance of keeping up. It truly seemed like the endless lunch, always finding room for one more slice, and another and another.
Fishing was slow but the pizzas were coming in HOT and often!

Fishing today was somewhat subdued. We gave Guadalupe a check to see if the tuna have arrived without much luck. We picked up 5 yellow fin and spent most of the day rocked by home guard yellowtail.
Our weather is gorgeous in the lei of the island. We will be back offshore tomorrow for some hot kelp patty action. It's first call for dinner tonight. Sauteed shrimp with tomato, garlic and parsley. So we will be back with you tomorrow.

8 Bluefin and 3 Bonito today for our group. The big one weighed in at 215 pounds gill and gutted (probably 240lbs) The fish was caught on a flatfall and 100 pound test.

Hello Everyone,
We had a great first day of fishing. Full of variety and excitement. Today we mainly caught school sized Yellowfin Tuna and Yellowtail. However there were some Nice Dorado and Grouper mixed in as well. There is a lot of skipjack and small tuna bi catch, but we are able to weed through it for the keeper fish.
Tomorrow we will have our sights set on Wahoo and Tuna.

Limits of quality Yellowfin (170),155 Yellowtail and 25 Skipjack for our group yesterday in flat calm weather.

Hello everyone,
Today we spent the day targeting Wahoo, Yellowtail, and what ever else we were able to find.
We were able to scratch up some nice Wahoo and yellowtail, just not the numbers we would have liked.
However the Wahoo we were able to find were quite large, some close to 60 lbs! Some truly great fish!
We are going for big numbers tomorrow, wish us luck!
