freshwater Fishing Report 2024

Hello anglers. We have a very short notice opening. This is a 5 day leaving Nov. 1st. returning Nov. 6th. We are going to Guadalupe Island. JJ had been there on a few trips already this year and fishing has been amazing. Call Toke if you can make this one. 310-413-4343

Hello Everyone, We are rolling down today, mainly a rigging day. We are trying to get all of our gear ready for the rest of the trip. From wire leaders to dropper loop rigs we are getting it all set up for the 7 days to come. Great food, great weather, great company. Will report again tomorrow, Team Supreme

Captain Ryan Bostian checked in this morning with SDFR with an update from "the San Diego" out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay. Today we are back fishing at the Coronado Islands. We have 10 nice grade Yellowtail on the boat so far as of 10:55 AM. The fish are in the 15 to 23 pound size. The San Diego runs full day trips departing at 5:30 every morning!

Good evening everyone, Today we spent the day, crimping, cutting, wiring, and simply enjoying the ride down the line. Sun in the sky, low winds, and great company. What more can you ask for! We have Wahoo in our sights for tomorrow morning and are making great speed traveling down. We should arrive early tomorrow morning to begin trying for these fish. A four-day trip with 24 anglers aboard Polaris Supreme and skippered by owner Tom Rothery returned to Fisherman's Landing July 9. Richard Bradshaw of Poulsbo, WA won first place for a 43-pound bluefin. He got that fish with a sardine on a 4/0 Mustad hook, 30-pound Maxima line on a Sealine 50 reel and one of the boat's rods. Jules Appelman of Albeuquerque was second for a 39.4-pound albacore, and Doug Dalme of Napa won third place for a 38.9-pound albacore tuna.

163 yellowtail 2 yellowfin 3 skipjack. Steady action all day. We even had some whales swing by and say hello.

Polaris Supreme Trip Update 09-11-2019 Great day fishing today! Glad we made the move. Big variety day for us today, but the grouper stole the show. We caught plenty of yellowfin tuna yellowtail and then a variety pack of Wahoo grouper etc. we have at least two grouper in the 60 to 70 pound range. Killing it on the weather still and off to spend tomorrow looking for yellowtail. Loving Life:) The Polaris supreme crew!
